Our policies are in place to help ensure a relaxing, enjoyable experience for every guest.
Refunds and Payments
Salons do not give cash refunds for completed services because the work is manual labor. If you are unhappy, tell the technician immediately or ask for a redo appointment.
Gift cards and retail items are final sale and cannot be traded for cash.
Intentional use of counterfeit money will result in immediate legal action, including involving the police and pressing charges.
Customers who receive services and refuse to pay will result in the door being locked until enforcement can resolve the issue. This action is taken to ensure justice without physical confrontation.

Service Guarantees and Repairs
All services usually include a 3-day guarantee.
Breakage from accidents or picking may cost extra.
Medical Condition and Conduct
Clients must share medical history, allergies, or skin issues before starting. Lush Nail Bar will not take responsibility for skin reactions to nail products or chemicals. If you are aware of any reactions to certain products, please consult our staff before receiving services, or refrain from receiving services at our salon.
Customers with diabetes are advised to inform our staff to avoid cutting to close to cuticles, minimizing the risk of uncontrollable bleeding or infection.
Salons can refuse service if a client shows signs of contagious illness or severe nail damage.
Pets are often restricted or must follow strict supervision rules for safety.
Cancellation and Lateness
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to ensure your technician doesn't feel rushed. It's common to have a 7-minute grace period before your appointment is rescheduled.
No-shows may be blocked from booking future appointments.
Closure Policy
For the safety of remaining clients and staff, the door will be locked after 7:00 PM (Closing time). This measure is not an act of imprisonment. If you do not agree with this policy, please arrive earlier or refrain from signing in.
